7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Because our Paithani sarees are delicate luxury handlooms, we follow strict quality standards:

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects or physical transit damage.

• Condition: The saree must remain unused, unworn, unstitched, with all original tags and security ribbons intact.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim transit damage or missing items, an unboxing video recorded from the sealed parcel state is required.

• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
